We process orders promptly, within 48 hours, and use Sendle to ship your package. As soon as we send it, we'll email you with tracking information so you can keep tabs on your delivery. If you miss your parcel and require redelivery, just let us know and we'll look into it. Please note that there may be a redelivery fee for wrong addresses or failure to collect. For international shipping, the cost will be calculated at checkout.
