We aim to please everyone who purchases a sunscreen from The Kind Sunscreen. As a small business we truly appreciate your business.
If your product arrives and it is faulty or damaged please send an email including a photo to email@example.com We kindly ask that you do this within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the product is not defective or damaged but you are unhappy with our product, please let us know! We value all feedback.
Please note that due to health reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
